These robust 37 kHz benchtop Elmasonic xtra TT industrial ultrasonic cleaners are specifically designed for operations that run continuously for up to 8 hours as part of production cleaning cycles. A sophisticated temperature control system provides an optical alert if the pre-set temperature limit is exceeded, an important feature when cleaning heat-sensitive products.
Elmasonic xtra TT Features
Sweep Mode
A permanent slight ± variation in ultrasonic frequency evenly distributes cleaning action throughout the bath to assure uniform cleaning results.
Dynamic Cleaning
Activate Pulse mode for Intermittent bursts of 20% additional power to remove tenacious contaminants, degas fresh cleaning solutions and handle sample prep tasks in the lab.
Heater
All xtra TT models have an adjustable thermostat that can be set in 5⁰C increments up to 80°C and will automatically shut down if solutions reach 90⁰C.
TImer
The timer can be set from 1-30 minutes or up to 8 hour continuous operation with automatic shut-off.
Drain
All xtra TT line models have a side drain with a 2-way ball valve for quick tank emptying.
